Friday March 29th Day 1: Friday 6:30 PMCheck-in START TIME: 7:00PMThe Youth Convention check-in will remain open for about 30 minutes. During this time participants will receive their weekend schedules. Master of Ceremony: Welcome, Introduction and Prayer, Youth Committee Members 7:00| Introduction 7:30| Catching Fire Game Show Play 8:00| Bonfire Worship available outside (anyone welcome to sing/give a song) w/Bible Stories available for kids Campfire Fuel : Smore Station and Snack Bar 10:00| End of Day 1
Saturday March 30th Day 2: 11:45AMCheck-in Check-in will be open again for those joining for the first time. Master of Ceremony: Welcome, Prayer and Introduction 12:00-12:30| Session 1: Being a Good Steward During this session, you will learn how to steward the tools that God has blessed us with. Many of us are looking to the future for bigger and better things but don’t know the right information to get there. Everyone is welcome to increase their knowledge and learn how to make good, sound, and Godly financial decisions with the materials that we have. Let’s build up our flames so that we may be able to do more for those in need and for the body of Christ! Break for Snack for kids 12:45-1:45| Session 2: Choose 1 Session (ages 11 and up) Ages 10 and younger are invited to go downstairs during this time for their own session. Girl On Fire Session Leaders: Ashley Murphy, Charity Belford, Eric Jones, Deacon Cameron Searcy During this session, get the inside scoop into what to look for in worldly men and how to avoid getting burned by the fiery temptations that come your way. Equipping yourself with knowledge of the male’s perspective will clear any smoke from your head and give you clarity. After this session you will leave with a refreshed Godly confidence that will start a fire in your life! Young Men (Quite You Like Men, Be Strong) Session Leaders:Minister Jackson, Deacon Holmes, Deacon Camp, Brother Paul Stafford During this session, men and young boys will have the opportunity to learn how to be a leader that is on fire for God. Being a leader requires you to be of a sober mind and to have manly confidence. You will surely catch fire and come out refined and ready to walk like the man that God has called you to be! Parents (Can I get your attention?) Session Leaders:Sis Donna Green with Daughter Krystin Green, Deacon Jones with Daughter Britton Jones, Elder Camp with son Alton Camp During this session, parents take heed to some of the complex, heated relationships between mothers, fathers, sons, and daughters. You will learn how to gain your child’s trust and how to have effective communication that will extinguish some of the flames that get in the way of having loving relationships. 2:00| Catching Fire Carnival During this time, please feel free to go through all of the fun events and games that we have for you! Lunch will also be provided during this time. Here are some of the options that you can choose from. Basketball Goal| Carnival rides| Bounce house| Game truck,Laser Tag| VR| Caricature Artist| Balloon Twist| Life Size Games/ table games which include: Connect four, Uno, Jenga, Corn hole, Ring Toss(The Scavenger Hunt will be taking place during this time as well.)
